Fundraising & Strategic Reviews

Our unique fundraising review and health-check take the form of a series of interviews and discussions with your charity's leadership, senior fundraisers and stakeholders that are designed to tactfully tease out the key internal and external factors impacting upon your fundraising. We will: 

 

• Analyse your fundraising performance and activity in recent years, look at your future funding needs and targets, recent successes (and reasons for them); existing donor relationships and commitments; impending partnerships and opportunities, your networks and best prospects.

• Review the charity’s principal fundraising 'offers', ‘products’ and engagement mechanisms, along with the case for various types of donor/ funder (e.g. companies, trusts/foundations, individuals etc.) supporting you.

• Identify any 'pressure points' – such as fundraising's internal image, resourcing issues, working relationships, cultural and ‘political’ issues that need to be addressed internally to optimise your fundraising.

 

All of this information will cast light on your fundraising performance, environment and potential - and will be distilled by us into a set of comprehensive and jargon-free recommendations about the future direction of your fundraising strategy.

Once you (and perhaps your Board) have considered our recommendations, we can produce a strategic document that sets out specific objectives, activities and top-line tactics for generating income over the next three-to-five years, and desired outcomes.

 

Tactical Plan
