1.  Fundraising and strategic reviews 

Our tried-and-tested strategic fundraising review and health-check takes the form of a 'deep-dive' into your charity, via interviews and discussions with your charity's leadership and senior fundraisers that are designed to tease out the key internal issues and external factors facing your capital or revenue fundraising. 2.  Trust and grant fundraising support and advice

With around 10,000 grant-making charitable trusts and foundations in the UK, it can be difficult to know where and how to start approaching them. We can help you pick your way through this minefield by researching and identifying funders most suited to your charity, cause or project. 3.  Corporate fundraising support and advice

There's no such thing as a corporate fundraising ‘magic bullet’ - so be wary of anyone who tries to sell you one. But we've developed the next best thing: a number of proven techniques that will significantly increase your chances of success with corporate fundraisinng, partnerships and sponsorship. 4.  'Hands-on' fundraising support

As well as providing short-term strategic support, we're also happy to work with you over the medium or long-term, perhaps by taking on responsibility for some or all of your fundraising for a set period, or working on a retained basis. For example, Andrew was able to step in at short notice as interim head of Maggie's Corporate Partnerships team for several months, while Helen manages the trusts and grants fundraising for Whoopsadaisy, a small Brighton charity, supporting them with a few days' fundraising  each month.

5.  Capital appeals planning, advice and feasibility studies

We've been involved in dozens of capital appeals over the last 20 years, helping charities of all shapes and sizes raise millions of pounds. We're keen to share our knowledge, to help you plan, prepare and execute your appeal effectively, and avoid the common pitfalls.

6.  Staff training and mentoring

​We offer a range of tailored training and development packages to support your fundraisers, ranging from bespoke and participative group workshops to 1:1 mentoring delivered over several months.
